​Interested families schedule a tour, where they'll receive a program overview, see the learning environments, and meet staff.

Families ready to move forward submit the completed Enrollment Application along with the non-refundable registration fee, securing their child's position in the enrollment process.

Upon application review, the director or enrollment coordinator follows up with families by phone to discuss the child's unique needs, confirm readiness for group care, and review policies and expectations.

Accepted families complete the full enrollment packet and attend orientation together — combining paperwork with handbook review and Q&A in one visit.

*A brief transition period may be scheduled for younger children to gradually acclimate.

Once all forms, fees, and orientation requirements are complete, a confirmed start date is issued. Weekly tuition begins per the center's regular payment schedule.
